Inspirational Speaking & Events

Anita Carman was first invited to speak in 1991 when Beth Moore needed a backup teacher for her Sunday School class. When Beth called Anita, she said God had put Anita’s name on her heart. That same week, Anita recalled saying to God, “If you open the door I’ll walk through it!” She never imagined that open door would come in the form of a speaking engagement. After sharing her first lesson on “Daughter of the King”, Anita was invited to speak at a woman’s retreat. Beth was at the retreat and came up to Anita afterwards to say, “I don’t know how to tell you this but I believe God has called you to be a speaker.” For a season, Beth invited Anita to substitute teach for her at retreats and for her Sunday School class. Anita served in Beth’s class for seven years. Then one day, Beth said to Anita, “You have the cloak, just dip it in the water” while encouraging Anita to follow God’s call for her life. Trusting in Beth’s wisdom, Anita then enrolled in seminary in preparation for a ministry to share God’s truth with the world. The month she graduated in 2003, Anita followed God’s call to establish Inspire Women, a ministry to help women across ethnicities and economic levels to find their spark and to inspire them to serve at their potential through leadership training, mentorship, scholarships, ministry grants and generosity.

A Message from Anita – From My Heart To Yours

Anita-smilingIn God’s stubborn love He refused to let me bury the music when events in life torpedoed our home and buried our hopes in rubble. He resurrected a new dream, a bigger dream, a bolder dream, a dream that extended beyond my biological family to reach this world with His mercy. He reconnected the broken melody in my soul. He wants to connect the melodies of your soul as well.

When I pray for you I hear a victory song. I believe in you because I believe in the power of God’s Word in you as you put His Word into action.

It would be my privilege to speak at your event and serve as a spark to your victory song.

Love,
Anita

Oh, when I reach that heavenly mount, may I not stand alone.
But may my sisters stand with me because of seeds that I have sown.
And when this race is said and done and dreams are finally won
May I know I raised my sister’s hand to see her singing in the sun!
Oh, when I reach that heavenly mount, may I not stand alone.
But may my sisters stand with me because of seeds that I have sown.
And when this race is said and done and dreams are finally won
May I know I raised my sister’s hand to see her singing in the sun!
